By way of introduction…
Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m a former film/tv production person, former teacher, former chef/baker, and a military veteran. And also someone who happens to have a knack for writing and a nerdy level of attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation!
My goal is to help you craft or hone your brand with well-written, catchy marketing emails, newsletters, SMS texts, and website copy that draw in existing and new customers to your business.
Or maybe you just need proofreading… let me turn my keen eye for detail onto your keynote speech, white paper, audio transcript, manuscript, recipe, essay, love note, etc.

I was born in Denmark to a Swedish mother and a Danish father.
Having lived in Denmark, Bermuda, Belgium, England, and all over the USA, I’m multi-cultural!
I bring a broad range of skills and sensibilities to the table.
*Bachelor of Science in Film & TV Production, Boston University
*Master of Arts in Film Archiving, University of East Anglia
*Certificate in Project Management, Portland State University
*Work experience in film/tv production, customer service, tech support, teaching, food production, restaurants, and craft beverage industry.
*Over ten years serving in the US military
Yeah, but what makes you a WRITER?
Language, especially the written word, has always come fairly easy to me. Okay, maybe not always, but since a small child, I was already learning two native languages (Swedish and Danish). Then we moved to the US and I learned English, which I eventually became natively fluent in.
That initial tri-lingual experience primed my brain to easily absorb languages and because I was learning English “from the outside in”, I developed a fluency with the language that even native English speakers do not tend to have. I had to really study it… learn it… become it.
So, I gained a very high level of skill with spelling, grammar, punctuation, and, if I may say so myself: a huge vocabulary.
My writing ability is a direct extension of that. It comes easily.
